Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to uncover underlying drivers and craft compelling narratives that support informed decision‑making.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with offshore team members, navigating ambiguous data to drive project success.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor, using curiosity to test hypotheses through data analysis and recommend practical next steps.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while identifying emerging trends and risks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work, adopt AI and digital solutions, and engage in team‑based problem solving to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to the firm’s transformation initiatives by participating in modernization efforts and sharing ideas for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of financial analyst or similar experience, preferably at a professional services firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Planning is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. KPMG does not sponsor work visas for this opportunity.
