Corporate Finance Analyst at Aircastle

The Corporate Finance Analyst supports senior professionals with corporate finance and investor relations. The role reports to the SVP, Capital Markets and requires three days per week in the Stamford, CT office with two days remote.

• Assist with diligence, origination, and execution of financings, including capital market issuances and bank debt products.
• Monitor existing financing structures and peer transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models related to financing transactions.
• Create clear presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, including rating agencies and investors.
• Respond to reporting updates and due diligence requests from capital providers and JV affiliates.
• Prepare investor relations presentation materials and analyses as needed.
• Develop relationships with key capital market participants and internal counterparts across commercial, pricing, legal, finance, accounting, and technical teams.

Formal Education and Certification

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Economics or related degree.

Knowledge and Experience

• 1-3 years in structured finance, corporate banking, debt capital markets, or related quantitative fields.
• Experience in aircraft leasing/aviation sector or in a bank or Big 4 analyst program is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint modeling and presentation skills.
• Broad understanding of basic accounting and financial statements.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg functionality.
