Title:
Director of Financial Systems & Funds Transfer Pricing
Location:
Stamford, CT (Hybrid)
Salary: $160,000 – 170,000 + Annual and LTI Bonus’s
About the Role
- The Director of Funds Transfer Pricing & Financial Systems will lead the design, implementation, and management of the bank’s FTP framework while ensuring our financial systems operate at peak efficiency.
- You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, and senior leadership to align models with business strategy, optimize systems, and deliver actionable insights that drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Funds Transfer Pricing Leadership – Develop, refine, and manage FTP methodologies that meet regulatory standards and reflect market conditions.
- Strategic Collaboration – Partner with Treasury and Finance executives to align FTP models with the bank’s strategic priorities.
- Financial Systems Oversight – Lead the administration, enhancement, and optimization of finance systems, including Oracle EPM, ERP, and reporting platforms.
- Data-Driven Insights – Build and maintain robust reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide timely, accurate information for leadership decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Automation – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency through automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Funds Transfer Pricing, financial systems leadership, or similar strategic finance role within financial services.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing FTP frameworks in a banking environment.
- Strong proficiency with Oracle EPM, ERP, and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable business impact.
