JCW is partnering with a fast-growing regional bank that's seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (VP FP&A) to lead their financial strategy and planning efforts. This is a high-impact executive role offering strong compensation and the chance to influence company-wide decision-making during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO, executive team, and Board.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and support key decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to drive financial accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking.
• Proven experience in FP&A.
• Strong background in financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Remuneration

• $150,000 – $165,000
