Land Development Project Manager

As a Civil/Site Project Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction for land development and linear infrastructure projects.

• Lead and deliver civil/site development and land‑development projects, from early planning and feasibility through final design and permitting
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility designs, stormwater systems, and complete technical documentation
• Oversee permitting efforts across local, state, and federal agencies
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, contracts, and quality control throughout all phases of project delivery
• Participate in client, regulatory, and design‑team meetings, clearly presenting technical findings, design recommendations, and project strategies
• Mentor and direct engineering staff

• BS or MS in Civil
• 8+ years’ experience, with project management and business development experience
• Licensed PE
