• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one-on-one engagement—no traditional lectures, only high-impact peer-style mentorship
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized pacing for every student
• Facilitating focused small-group sessions on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks
• Supporting students in identifying their talents and broadening their goals via tailored growth roadmaps
• Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational approach by providing data, observations, and innovative suggestions

• Ability to work on-site at one of the following locations:
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA;
  Miami, FL;
  Chicago, IL;
  Santa Barbara, CA.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. distinguished academic awards, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of hands-on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
