Your role: create and execute focused reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding that model to campuses across the country.

What You Will Be Doing- Executing focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
- Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to traditional curriculum frameworks—academic subjects are taught via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master’s degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within these platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Available to work on-site at one of our campuses:

Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
