We"re not just a preschool, we’re a vibrant, joyful Jewish learning community where play fuels discovery and every child is known, loved, and celebrated. Inspired by Reggio Emilia principles, rooted in Jewish values, and driven by a deep respect for each child’s unique journey, we’re creating something special. And we want you to be part of it.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn
- Plan and facilitate hands-on, sensory-rich, curiosity-driven learning experiences
- Support children’s social-emotional development with patience, empathy, and humor
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers
- Collaborate with a team that values creativity, communication, and lifelong learning
- Infuse your classroom with Jewish culture, community, and celebration (don’t worry—Hebrew not required!)
- You’re not just looking for a job—you’re ready to plant roots, make an impact, and grow with a team that’s all-in.
- You
- Have 2+ years of experience working with young children (infants to age
5) - Bring energy, empathy, and creativity into the classroom every day
- Are reliable, responsible, and consistent in your presence and your care
- Believe deeply in learning through play, connection, and discovery
- Are team-oriented, solution-focused, and flexible when plans (inevitably) change
- Communicate clearly and openly with children, families, and colleagues
- Love to laugh, reflect, and try new things
- Value diversity, inclusion, and Jewish values in a learning environment
- Have coursework or certification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Are familiar with Reggio Emilia, emergent curriculum, or Jewish education
- Are CPR/First Aid certified
- Speak Hebrew or have experience in a Jewish setting (not required, but awesome!)
- Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (35 hours/week) or Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week). Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle—we’re flexible!
- Contract Options: Full-Time | 10-month or 12-month
- Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000. Final salary is based on total hours worked, contract length, experience, and professional credentials.
- Additional Perks Include: Free, school-chef-prepared lunch daily — the same delicious, kid-friendly meals we serve our students!
If you're passionate about early childhood, excited by creativity and community, and looking for a fun, meaningful place to grow, we’d love to meet you.
Let’s build something beautiful together.
