We are seeking a part-time experienced Video Engineer I (V1) to lead video execution for live and hybrid corporate events. This role serves as the technical authority for video systems, ensuring broadcast-quality delivery and seamless production in high-visibility settings.

The ideal candidate thrives in live and corporate environments, brings deep technical expertise, and can troubleshoot confidently under pressure.

Pay rate: $60 - $65

Half days - 5 hour minimum

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as a V1 for live and hybrid corporate events.
  • Operate and manage video systems including:
  • Ross TD2S switcher
  • PTZ cameras and controllers
  • Ensure proper signal flow, routing, and adherence to broadcast standards.
  • Collaborate with lighting and audio teams (Grand

    MA, Yamaha DM7 environments).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time during live productions.
  • Support pre-production planning, live execution, and post-event wrap.
  • Maintain SOPs, contingency plans, and technical documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external AV vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with Ross TD2S and integrated production systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in high-pressure live environments.
  • Deep understanding of signal flow, routing, and broadcast-quality standards.
  • Ability to manage wide-format display environments and PTZ camera systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of live event or broadcast production experience.
  • Corporate event center or broadcast studio experience preferred.
