We are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to support customer-facing operations and initiatives s role will assist with inbound and outbound customer communications, product support, and customer experience project work.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. They should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Assist with customer interactions via email, phone, and other channels related to product support and general inquiries
• Help diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and escalating when necessary
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers
• Support marketing initiatives, including customer communications and feedback collection
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Software teams as needed
• Maintain professionalism and composure when addressing customer questions or concerns
• Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic startup environment

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Passionate golfer with a strong knowledge of the game.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
