As a Client Services Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every client and their pet.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for clients—in person, by phone, text, and email
• Managing appointments, billing, and administrative tasks
• Supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Maintaining a polished, professional, and compassionate presence at all times

• Energetic, friendly, and client-focused
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• A strong communicator with attention to detail
• Experienced in pet care, hospitality, or client service roles
• Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team
