Became a part of Paramount’s dynamic team that creates moments that matter for audiences and employees. We’re looking for a Video Producer who oversees daily content strategy across You Tube, Paramount+ and FAST channels to grow our digital footprint.

Responsible for monitoring SEO titles, thumbnail creation and timely delivery of VOD content, while driving channel growth through digital analytics and efficient editing workflows.

• Screen soccer content to identify key moments for You Tube videos and focus on monetization and channel growth
• Develop video editors to produce polished content
• Write engaging, SEO‑friendly copy for You Tube videos
• Provide creative direction for thumbnails to increase viewership
• Maintain a consistent delivery schedule for Paramount+ VOD content
• Collaborate with league representatives to meet VOD requirements
• Read trends and analytics to implement growth strategies
• Manage a team of video editors

• 3+ years of production experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
• Experience leading teams and managing performance
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick pivoting to changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of You Tube editing best practices
• Proven success building a You Tube channel or brand
• Strong soccer knowledge of competitions covered by Paramount+ and CBS Sports

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 (adjusted by location)
