In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of complex heavy civil and site development projects. You will mentor crews, coordinate materials and logistics, manage schedules and budgets, and handle challenges on site. You will have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job your way, while shaping both the project and the team around you.

This role would suit a Civil Superintendent looking for full project ownership, hands‑on leadership, and recognition for delivering high‑quality work that truly makes a difference.

• Lead heavy civil and site development projects from start to finish
• Manage and mentor crews, subcontractors, and union employees to deliver results
• Oversee scheduling, materials, equipment, and logistics, making real‑time decisions to keep projects on track and profitable
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, vendors, and stakeholders

• Experienced Superintendent with a strong background in earthworks, grading, and underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, electrical, gas)
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and grading layouts with precision
• Hands‑on leader who motivates teams, solves problems, and drives high‑quality results
• Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and making a tangible impact on projects and the community
