StrategicAccount Manager
Refer Well is seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to manage the success and expansion of our clients. This role involves overseeing the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and system adoption to long-term relationship nurturing. You will serve as a trusted advisor, prioritizing customer retention and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned territory. By autonomously resolving issues and providing data-driven support, you will maximize customer lifetime value and ensure our partners achieve their healthcare goals.
Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure their strategic needs are met. - Onboarding & Adoption:
Oversee client onboarding to ensure projects stay on schedule, while providing the training and resources necessary to drive full system adoption. - Growth & Strategy:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Refer Well products; assist in developing KPIs and program goals to maximize client ROI. - Data & Reporting:
Create reports and dashboards to track product usage, and develop client-facing materials such as training guides and case studies. - Internal
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional sales and product teams to share client insights, improve internal processes, and track interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or client operations (Healthcare or SaaS industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of managing clients and multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in sales or support roles specifically within health plans or provider groups.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data dashboarding.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for customer success and process improvement
