Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and launch new loyalty/rewards program offers.
- Analyze potential offer structures, assess feasibility, and develop implementation plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, finance, and operations.
- Document and present proposed plans with clarity and strategic insight.
- Continuously optimize offers based on performance data and customer feedback.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or a related field.
- Prior experience with loyalty or rewards programs is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities, especially in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable navigating complex projects and cross-functional dynamics.
- Able to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
