あなたがすること

営業部門において、ガートナーの各種サービスの新規顧客開拓を担当します。

あなたに求めること

• 大学または大学院卒業後、IT業界における企業向け直販ソリューション営業経験が最低5年以上（サービス、ソフトウェア、ハードウェア等）。
• 現職または過去の営業経験において卓越した実績を持ち、四半期・年度目標を達成する意欲がある方。
• 企業のIT部門の意思決定に関する理解と、斬新かつ的確なソリューション提供ができる方。
• 新規顧客開拓やトップマネジメント層への対応が可能な方。
• 日本語必須、英語力尚可。チームプレーヤーであること。
• 複雑な問題を解決し、臨機応変に対応できる能力。
• セルフスターターでありながら、チームとして協働できること。
• 他者のベストプラクティスも取り入れ、PDCAを回せる柔軟性。
• 忍耐力、謙虚さを持ち、課題に直面した際に前向きに取り組めるマインドセット。
• グローバルな環境で自己研鑽をしたいという意欲。
• 「日本企業をICTで変革したい」「お客様企業の役に立つことをしたい」という強い志望動機。
