• Grow sales and revenue through business development, networking, and outbound outreach
• Build strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and referral partners
• Lead and motivate a team to hit targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Set goals, track results, and drive performance through accountability
• Collaborate with production to ensure jobs move fast, look great, and customers stay loyal

• Proven leadership experience with strong sales and growth results
• Confident communicator who can sell solutions (not just products)
• Competitive mindset, coachable attitude, and team-first leadership style
• Strong follow-up habits, organization, and drive
• Sign/print/marketing experience is a plus—but not required
