This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Stamford, CT. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations while supporting administrative coordination and project organization.
Responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients and vendors, assisting with project documentation and timelines, and supporting the team to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Experience in office administration or office management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Customer service mindset and ability to interact with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office tools
- Prior office management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
