Fletcher Development is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for the founder and principal behind a portfolio of companies spanning luxury real estate development, construction, design, property services, and building technology. The organization includes Fletcher Development, Fletcher Wakefield, Fletcher Estate Care, Vibrant Building Technologies, and affiliated development projects.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support Ryan across both professional and personal responsibilities. This role sits at the center of a fast moving environment and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple businesses.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in bringing structure, clarity, and follow through to complex schedules and responsibilities.

Executive Support
  • Manage and prioritize high volume email correspondence across multiple businesses
  • Maintain and optimize a complex calendar including meetings, travel, and project commitments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with partners, investors, vendors, and team members
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage domestic and international travel logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for business partners, vendors, and professional relationships
  • Prepare materials, documents, and briefings for meetings and important conversations
Personal Support
  • Coordinate personal scheduling including appointments, reservations, and commitments
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics for personal trips
  • Assist with errands, gifting, and household coordination as needed
  • Handle sensitive personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Administrative & Project Coordination
  • Track priorities, follow ups, and key initiatives to ensure consistent execution
  • Maintain organized records, contacts, and document systems across businesses
  • Assist with research, vendor coordination, and light project management
  • Help streamline workflows and implement systems that improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • 3+ years supporting senior executives, founders, or principals in fast paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high level of initiative
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and reliability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and calendar platforms, and video conferencing tools
