What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly and professionally
  • Route calls to the appropriate team members with ease
  • Manage meeting spaces, ensuring they’re clean and client-ready
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and services
  • Keep kitchen areas stocked and supplies replenished
  • Support internal teams by submitting basic IT requests
  • Assist with simple tech tasks like unlocking equipment or relaying instructions

Pay Range:$26 - $28 hourly, based on experience
