Senior Accountant

Passionate about understanding the totality of financial statements for a global, multi-entity, public company experiencing massive organic and M&A growth?

The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly consolidated financial reporting, driving forecasting and planning processes for the corporate financial statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with Corporate Statutory Reporting and Tax matters.
• Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver timely reporting packages monthly.

• Lead preparation of monthly forecasts and annual plans, including corporate balance sheet and cash flow projections.
• Analyze performance against plan and forecast; communicate key drivers to leadership.
• Manage planning templates and coordinate inputs from business units.

• BS/BA/BBA (Accounting)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally a mix of Public Accounting and private; either/or will also be considered.
• Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to establish and build relationships across an organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively with associates at varying levels across the Company.

• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool a plus.
• Corporate accounting experience with multi-national manufacturing operations preferred.
