Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team.

This role offers strong exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting, and is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their accounting career.

Candidates who are currently between roles, recently completed a contract, or seeking a stable next opportunity are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances

• Assist with month-end and year-end close

• Support financial reporting and audit preparation

• Partner with AP/AR and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy

• Assist with process improvements and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2–4 years of accounting experience

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
