As an ASB Resolution Specialist (ART), you will take full ownership of a complex caseload of high‑level anti‑social behaviour (ASB) cases, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving effective resolutions. You will maintain regular communication with customers, work closely with external partners, and make appropriate referrals to support case outcomes. You will ensure all ASB activity complies with current legislation and regulatory requirements, responding quickly to changes and identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our service.

- Daily management of all anti‑social behaviour (ASB) cases across the group, with the ability to read and interpret tenancy agreements and leases to ensure proper handling of ASB according to tenure.
- Prepare witness statements which will be relied upon in court.
- Work with our in‑house legal team and be able to represent A2
Dominion at court hearings. - Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring that you meet the Group’s Customer care standards.
- Draft and serve Notices Seeking Possession (NSPs) when required.
- Attend multi‑agency ASB meetings relating to case management, and the safety/protection of the community.
- Support both victims and alleged perpetrators of ASB by offering advice, referrals, mediation (where trained), and ongoing assistance throughout and beyond each case.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners including Police teams, MPs, Councillors, Local Authorities, and community agencies across all boroughs.
- Ensure that IT systems are updated with accurate case records and maintain effective manual record‑keeping where appropriate.
- Provide expert ASB guidance to the wider business, including support for Neighbourhood and Leasehold Managers handling lower‑level ASB cases.
- Contribute to mediation and early‑resolution approaches where trained or following additional qualification.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grades A*–C.
- CIH Membership (or willingness to work towards this or an equivalent qualification).
- Strong background managing ASB and/or housing management cases within the public or private housing sector.
- Experience of drafting court and legal paperwork, and representation at court.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and adapting to changes in legislation, policy, and best practice.
- Experience coaching, training, or quality‑assuring ASB practice within a housing or community setting.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of ASB legislation and regulation/best practice.
- Ability to analyse information, assess risk, and make logical, evidence‑based decisions.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied and challenging workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and internal colleagues.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in multi‑agency environments.
- Excellent IT skills, with familiarity using case management and reporting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
