Mobile Electrician

Salary: 41,000 - 44,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrician to work across a South East public sector contract. This is a mobile role mainly covering the Staines area, with additional sites in the surrounding South East region. There is no requirement to work in London. A company van will be provided.

As a Mobile Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of sites. You will ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard, supporting the smooth operation of essential facilities.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works

• Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems

• Testing and inspection of electrical installations

• Ensure all works comply with current regulations and health & safety standards

• Complete accurate documentation and reports

• Liaise professionally with site staff and management

• Salary: 41,000 - 44,000 per annum

• Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)

• Vehicle: Fully equipped company van provided

• Location: Mobile role mainly covering Staines and the surrounding South East (no London travel)

• Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or public sector buildings

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment

• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)

• Experience working on large estates or multi-site contracts
