We're working with a well-established local contractor that specialises in social housing maintenance, who are seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team. This is a great long-term opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties across Staines-upon-Thames.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
