• Registering and managing applicants and buyers
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Supporting both sales and lettings operations as needed
• Managing relationships with vendors and buyers
• Meeting targets and delivering top-tier customer service
• Staying up to date on the local property market

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Confident, professional, and enthusiastic
• Strong telephone manner and presentation
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Local knowledge of the Staines area is an advantage
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car (essential)
• A professional and proactive approach to estate agency
