• Prepare and deliver high‑quality, nutritious meals for residents.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen team, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards.
• Develop innovative menu items that cater to diverse dietary needs.
• Participate in a fully supported induction and mentor staff through the Chef Academy.
• Work straight shifts (no evenings) with alternate weekends; day shifts only.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
• Strong background in creating fresh, nutritious meals using high‑quality ingredients.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
