Job Summary

The role of a Bank Receptionist at Aria Care in Kingston upon Thames involves providing a friendly, caring, and welcoming presence at the reception of a 72‑bedded residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care home. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others.

• Greet visitors and provide a friendly, caring presence.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain the visitor log and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Provide general administrative support to the care home.
