Up to £45,000 + Study Support

Hybrid working (2‑3 days in the office)

I'm working exclusively with a long‑standing client to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team in Staines. Following a recent acquisition, this is an exciting time to join the business and this role will sit at the heart of ongoing change, improved reporting and business growth.

This is a great opportunity for a part‑qualified accountant (AAT Level 4 minimum) looking to step up from a transactional or Assistant Accountant role into a broader, more hands‑on management accounting position. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller within a friendly, close‑knit team of five, gaining exposure across the business and the chance to make a real impact.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations, including inter‑company accounts
• Fixed assets accounting, prepayments and accruals
• Standard cost updates and margin analysis
• Sales, margin and working capital reporting
• Payroll support and ad‑hoc financial analysis
• Foreign payment runs and purchase ledger cover
• ERP system input and process improvements
• Audit assistance and support during year‑end
• Involvement in wider finance projects as the business continues to evolve

• Is AAT Level 4 qualified (minimum) and studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Has a strong grounding in accounting fundamentals, ideally from an Assistant Accountant or similar role
• Is confident with Excel and finance systems
• Is proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of their work

• Salary up to £45,000
