Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and effectively manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education Ensure full compliance with EYFS , safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements at all times Maintain consistently high standards of care, learning, and professional practice Oversee staffing arrangements, including rotas, recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and appraisals Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and the local community Drive continuous improvement across the setting, enhancing quality, outcomes, and occupancy levels Promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and ongoing professional development Requirements 2 years previous Nursery Manager experience (essential) Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-recognised) Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for high-quality childcare and team development Working Hours 40 hours per week 4-day working week Monday to Friday Open all year round
