- Own and manage a defined book of accounts while building and progressing the sales pipeline
- Develop and execute an outbound strategy to create net‑new opportunities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations via web‑based selling
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strong customer outcomes and success
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
- A minimum of 3‑5+ years of experience in closing new business within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close sales opportunities from start to finish
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a structured organization
- Strong business acumen to connect product value to customer outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- Experience in the event industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong)
- Demonstrable experience in pipeline generation and executing a multi‑faceted territory plan
- Competitive nature while thriving in a team environment
- Coachability, intellectual curiosity, and a team‑first mindset
