Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1857) s role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with purchases, and supporting store operations.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with them to address their needs.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs; assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Conduct scanning and bagging efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain features and offerings within the Target App (including Wallet) and assist with enrollment and usage.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; guide guests on how to enroll, activate, and use these features.
• Handle returns by following store policies and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep aisles clear.
• Stock supplies during store hours and be available to assist guests.
• Maintain a culture of ethics, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive-Up, while complying with laws and policies (including adult beverage regulations where applicable).
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
