Overview
RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Virginia.
The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to take on a heavy workload. This role includes broad responsibilities and exposure to a range of consumer protection issues related to transactional and civil litigation matters.
This opportunity offers an excellent base salary of $90,000 – $105,000 (DOE) and the ability to work remotely with a high-performing firm while appearing in local courts as needed.
Requirements- Must be currently admitted to practice law in VIRGINIA (multi-state admission is a plus) and must reside in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior management and employees at all levels.
- Strong legal research skills; proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.
- $90,000 – $105,000 base salary (DOE)
