Position OverviewThe Paralegal will support licensed attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and assisting caregivers with legal service needs.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Hybrid – Stafford, VA Office

- Draft and review legal documents such as POAs and guardianship forms.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and VA standards.
- Assist with scheduling and client communications.
- Associate degree or paralegal certification.
- 3+ years of experience in legal support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
- Experience in estate planning or healthcare law.
- Familiarity with VA programs and veteran services.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
