Intercept Health is a family‑owned agency serving various mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. Beginning as a single group home for boys in 1996, it has expanded to meet the service needs of families and communities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Compensation starts at $21 for direct care and increases based on experience and certification, reaching up to $26 for direct care. Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18 based on experience and certification. Salary: $26 per hour.

Support and implement individualized plans based on clients’ targets and goals, focusing on decreasing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills. Operate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, observe client skills, collect data for assessment, and develop program goals.
Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities in a center‑based program promoting language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working with children.
- Current registered behavior technician credential in good standing.
- Preference for a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science.
- Experience with children who have autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience is a plus.
- Afternoon availability until 6 P.M.
