At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our customer, we are seeking a Program Analyst Midgrade with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.
Job Duties:- Providing PA support to a PM or a Product Management Team within the PMO.
- Documentation & Briefing Support:
Drafting, reviewing and revising acquisition documents per statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements for approval by designated Government personnel. - Supporting Government leads in developing briefings and presentation materials for cross-functional IPTs and program updates, including Program Management Reviews and Decision Review briefs.
- Risk Management:
Conducting risk identification, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risk tracking of the Risk Management Plan, including participating in risk-related working groups and boards. - Maintaining data in risk tracking systems such as Project Recon or other required tools.
- Scheduling:
Developing, delivering, and managing IMSs for programs, covering all relevant tasks and activities. - Incorporating key program events such as SETRs, MAT Reviews, ILAs, TRAs, OTRRS, and procurement and fielding decisions.
- Conducting schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation, risk assessment, and providing recommendations to the Government to mitigate risks.
- Providing IMS reports, including 30-60-90-day outlooks, variance reports, and milestone snapshots, ensuring monthly updates for all systems.
- Administrative Support:
Providing administrative support such as meeting coordination, brief development, and event planning. - AMHS Naval Messages and correspondence.
- Developing, updating, and managing SharePoint sites up to the classified level.
- Consolidating status reports, posting approved documentation, facilitating workflows, maintaining portal front-end data, and developing and delivering Trip Reports.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management.
- Typical duties performed may include; analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products.
- Develops and/or reviews acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, procedures.
Experience:
- BS/BA Degree required.
- Four (4) years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics.
- Working knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps policies related to providing complex acquisition analysis, planning and management support to a PM, APM-PM, or PdM by coordinating programmatic decision events, milestone reviews, and assessments.
- Working knowledge of AAPs, ACAT programs, MTA efforts, AAF, and OTA, including functions described within program IMSs, program ADM documents, the MAG, and the DoD 5000 series.
- Proficiency using data repositories and management tools, such as SharePoint and MS TEAMS to extract, update, and report program data, and working knowledge of the IMS IMP Guide standards.
- Working knowledge of Project Recon and MS Project highly desired.
