Job SummaryThe Finance Intern will support the Finance team with day-to-day financial and accounting activities while gaining hands‑on exposure to financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in a professional environment and develop foundational skills in finance, accounting, and business operations.
Internship DetailsThis paid internship is expected to begin in May 2026 and conclude in August 2026. The position requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with data entry, financial reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
- Assist with budget tracking and expense analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance activities as needed
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on finance‑related projects
- Perform administrative and ad hoc finance tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast‑paced environment
- Coursework in accounting, financial analysis, or economics
- Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
