• Expansion of our international customer base in the Automotive sector
• Realisation of new applications with our high-performance polymers
• Technical and commercial customer support, management of international projects
• Creation and implementation of short, medium and long-term plans
• Realization of corporate goals

• Engineering degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable technical education
• Understanding of business administration
• Sound sales experience
• Knowledge of the plastics industry
• Experience in injection moulding and the design of plastic components is an advantage
• High degree of initiative, commitment and an independent, structured way of working
• Results‑orientated thinking and acting, as well as resilience and assertiveness
• Committed, goal‑orientated communication
• Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
• Travel activity up to 80%
