As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to shape customer training and mission readiness by leading the development of the Marine Corps’ Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environment. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. - Experience using virtual machines such as VMWare, Hypervisor, or Virtual Box
- Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High‑Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
- Knowledge of Joint C4I tactical systems such as Link 16, GCCS‑J, or USMC C4I, including AFATDS, C2PC, CAC2S and JADOCS, or Army Mission Command Systems
- Knowledge of the principles associated with creating virtual and constructive environments
- Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
- Ability to utilize network and distributed modeling and simulation tools such as Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, or RTI‑s
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or IT and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation, and systems integration; or 5+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation, and systems integration in lieu of a degree
- Experience with the Team Awareness Kit (TAK)
- Experience creating virtual machines
- Experience with JLVC, Joint Exercise Control System (JECS), JCATS, JSAF, JLOD, JDLM, or ACE‑IOS software
- Experience with the Marine Air Command and Control System (MACCS), Direct Air Support Center (DASC), or Marine Tactical Air Command Center (TACC)
- Experience working with Link 16 and Datalinks
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Marine Corps training and education, Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center, and associated Battle Simulation Centers
- Knowledge of the Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment, Force Design 2030
- SEP, Enterprise Architect, and VMWare Certifications

Salary for this position is determined by various factors and the projected compensation range is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
