The PM Supervisor oversees all afternoon operations, ensuring classrooms remain safe, compliant, and well‑managed through closing. This role monitors ratios and transitions, supports teachers, manages staff breaks, and serves as the primary point of contact for families during pickup. The PM Supervisor also conducts quality‑assurance checks, including walkthroughs for safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance, and ensures all closing procedures and documentation are completed accurately.

- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 5-8 years of previous experience preferred
- Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi‑tasking to ensure smooth school operations
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. in handling children to facilitate programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.
