Role: Infant, Toddler Head Teachers at Primrose School of Stafford at Embrey Mill

Position: Head/Lead Teacher, expert in Infant and Toddler development and programming. As an Infant & Toddler Head Teacher, you will build trusted relationships with families, provide nurturing care, and help infants develop their foundation. • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you

• Maintain a smooth and organized infant/toddler class schedule
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community

• College/University degree in an Education-related major
• Child Development Associates (if applicable)
• 5+ years of experience working in early childhood education
• 5+ years working with infant and toddlers
• Strong leadership skills to thrive in opening a brand-new preschool
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
