Warehouse Operative

Overview

Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Stafford to work with our client, a well known distribution & logistics company working in partnership with a retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products. Previous warehouse experience working on LLOP machinery is preferred.

• Picking & packing orders in a warehouse environment
• Use of a hand scanner
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Manual handling; heavy lifting
• Maintaining a clean & tidy workplace

This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.

The role requires lifting, loading, unloading, de counting, picking & packing items and heavy lifting, so you need to be physically fit. You will also use a handheld scanner and must be able to read number sequences. You must be a UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for shifts.
