Are you ready to make an impact on a truly international stage? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic International Logistics Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced team at the i54 Manufacturing Site! This is your chance to be at the heart of global supply chains, delivering smart solutions and keeping goods moving on time, every time.

What you’ll be doing :

Coordinating with international and domestic freight forwarders to keep operations seamless.

Designing efficient, cost-saving shipping solutions that meet critical deadlines.

Managing logistics queries with swift, effective solutions.

Driving departmental KPIs and reporting on performance.

Taking the lead on large-scale global projects, ensuring time-critical deliveries.

Preparing and verifying export documentation:
Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Letters of Credit.

Acting as the go-to contact for logistical escalations, claims, and follow-ups.

Providing full visibility via Track & Trace and POD requests.

Supporting improvements and co-ordinating all logistics activities, maintaining records, and fostering collaboration across global teams.

A strong understanding of industry logistics processes and problem-solving skills.

Geographical awareness and the ability to plan efficiently.

Experience implementing new processes and procedures.

Exceptional planning, organisational, and analytical skills, able to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills with stakeholders at every level.
