Role Overview

Become a Retail Sales Assistant at The Works. You’ll be the heartbeat of our retail store, greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them leave happy and excited to unlock their imagination. • Open, close, and run the store when required (holidays, days off, sickness, etc.).
• Support the Store Management team to keep the store running like clockwork.
• Train and develop in keyholding duties, receiving additional keyholding pay enhancement once qualified.
