We have an exciting opportunity for a Sexual Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Drake Hall, a women's closed prison, located near the town of Eccleshall in Staffordshire with around 340 female inmates.

• Monday - Friday 7.15am - 5.15pm
• 4 week rolling rota

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between 43609- 54000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

• Support with Health Screening and Monitoring
• Supporting Health Education and Promotion
• Act as a Consistent, Trustworthy Point of Contact
• Monitor Ongoing Health Needs
• Liaise with Multidisciplinary Teams in primary and secondary care with a clinical understanding of need and prioritisation.
• Support Transition and Release Planning
