Production Supervisor

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to take a leading role in our fast‑paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high production standards, and ensure the team delivers safe, efficient, and high‑quality output.

This is a PM shift, Monday to Friday 2.15pm to 10.15pm

Key Responsibilities

* The Production Supervisor manages daily production activities and ensures targets are met

* Maintain quality standards and resolve defects quickly

* Lead, train, and support production operatives

* Enforce health & safety procedures across the production floor

* Drive process improvements and support lean initiatives

* Keep accurate records, KPIs, and shift reports

Skills & Experience

* Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing role

* Strong understanding of production processes, quality, and safety

* Confident leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable:

* Background in fenestration, composite doors, or building products

* Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement

* Comfortable using production systems and reporting tools

Working Environment

* Fast‑paced manufacturing setting

* Shift work may be required

* Hands‑on presence expected from the Production Supervisor
