• Support international customers with inquiries regarding our products and their applications via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with the practical application and integration of our test equipment.
• Network with international colleagues and exchange experiences.
• Act as the internal voice of customers, understand their needs, and advocate for their concerns.
• Diagnose and assess conditions of various applications using OMICRON equipment, finding solutions to customer requests.
• Conduct product training and measurements on site and at customers’ locations.
• Support the sales department at conferences and trade fairs (travel time approx. 25%).
• Document and observe customer and market requirements to further develop our products.

• Education in electrical engineering or comparable; first working experience is welcome.
• Proficiency in analyzing and solving customer requests and problems.
• Team player, communicative, enthusiastic about technology.
• Self‑organized and interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams.
• Basic commitment to learning new things and sharing knowledge.
• Excellent English language skills;
  German is a plus.
