Pay rate £500 per day Contract role, Local Authority (Commercial and Assets) Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Head of Property Design and Delivery in Staffordshire

• This role will oversee the in sourcing of a Property Professional Services Design function via TUPE, managing a team of approximately 30 professionals and overseeing supplier relationships. The role is pivotal in transitioning services from external providers to in-house delivery, including full responsibility for TUPE processes. The post holder will provide strategic leadership, ensure service excellence, and drive innovation in property design and delivery.
• The post holder will ensure the necessary systems and processes are in place to allow for continuity of service over the transition period. They will also provide advice over organisational design and recruitment to a future fit for purpose operating model.
• The successful person will need to be able to advise on the organisational structure implications and options. Essentially this is a Head of Property type role but with significant design office experience who is able to technically lead a design function.
