We're recruiting for a Cleaner role in Stafford, offering steady weekday hours and an excellent work-life balance. This is a hands-on, ongoing position within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal if you're looking for consistent work with evenings and weekends free.

Key responsibilities

In this Cleaner position, your duties will include:

Removing cardboard and general waste from the manufacturing shop floor
Placing waste into external containers
Sweeping and mopping floor areas
Dusting and wiping ledges
Keeping rear yard areas clean and tidy
Operating a scrubber dryer machine
Assisting with cardboard baling

This is a manual handling role with some outdoor work, so appropriate cold-weather clothing and safety footwear are required.

What we're looking for

To be successful as a Cleaner, you'll ideally:

Be available to work Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:00
Be happy with ongoing work and an immediate start
Be comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
Have a reliable and proactive attitude

The site is based in Stafford, with good links for candidates travelling from Birmingham and surrounding areas.
