Dispatch Assistant at Ozone Coffee

We are looking for a Dispatch Assistant to work in our Stafford fulfillment team – packing and distributing coffee to our online customers and wholesale clients, and helping to maintain the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment/dispatch team or production facility, have an eye for detail, and a love for working in a fast‑paced environment.

FLT counterbalance / reach licence preferable but not essential. This role includes manual handling. An interest or knowledge in coffee would be great but isn’t a requirement – you will be immersed in all things coffee from day one!

• Ensure customer satisfaction through the management of accurate and timely order packing, preparing, and shipping.
• Ensure everything that leaves the building adheres to the highest standards of the OCRI brand and quality.
• Work closely with the Dispatch & Roasting teams to resolve any issues directly relating to orders in a timely manner.
• Support warehouse operations including stocktakes, unloading deliveries (including occasional containers) and general housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

This job is based at our roastery in Seighford, Stafford and will report to our Dispatch Manager.
